I seriously question the above statement. Since wise is given by the planets it self.

Every action has a reaction. We accept this now. Have any one thought that every reaction becomes action and again that generates reaction?
Thus, it is wise to say, Every action has continues reaction called chain reaction.
If that is what triggers the nuke, this will come to an end once the fuel is over. That is what many thinks. But if you look close enough you will notice the ongoing reaction.
